We’ve Moved!
Some of you may have missed the news, but we’ve moved…real estate companies that is! We recently moved to eXp Realty.
It was not a decision we took lightly, as we had a good experience working with our beloved RE/MAX over the years.
When we learned of all that eXp Realty was able to offer us as agents, teammates, and even clients, we thought it was just too good to be TRUE. *Cue the long process of interviewing numerous agents/teams at the company to validate all that we had heard.*
eXp Realty is the fastest growing real estate company in the nation; and they offer a tremendous amount of savings by working with them. Each brokerage has certain fees you pay monthly/annually and certain companies take more money than others. This means that some fees are infinite and add up to quite an exorbitant amount of money.
eXp Realty took the best of the best from top brokerages around the nation and created a business we just couldn’t pass up. Some examples of what we mean by this is that Chris and I will now only pay one annual fee since we’re married. In addition, there is only one fee across the US…no matter how many states we’re licensed in (think about all of the snowbird agents who also work in markets like AZ, FL, AL)! They allow us to pay only one fee across the US, instead of having to work under different franchise owners! Lastly, our teammates are able to SAVE so much MONEY—this will help us retain the talent we so love to train.
You might be asking yourself: What does this mean and how does this affect me? Well, we are able to pass those savings onto you through our offerings and services, and we can spend more on employing local contractors and talent, etc.
